They had recently returned home to the UK without several years living in Hong Kong and were both looking for something new and exciting. The visitor utilised their combined strengths from the outset. David’s preliminaries in corporate IT and start-up companies at director level, in the UK and overseas, served them well. Zoe left her job as a Social Worker when she had her first child in 2005. Her time living in Asia helped her explore and realise her creative potential and merchantry drive. Our Mission From the outset, they had a transferral to superb consumer service and a desire to bring affordable luxury to everyone. A visitor that made its customers finger cared for and provided a pleasurable shopping wits on the internet. What started as sheepskin rugs has wilt a full range of lifestyle products, from home traps to suit and footwear.

In the early days, the website was run from a small office at home. Beginning this way helped the husband and wife team understand every speciality of the business, from finding trusted suppliers, marketing and the importance of consumer service. Each new consumer gave them new ideas, fuelled their enthusiasm and reinforced the importance of superb consumer service.

Growing rapidly, the merchantry moved to its current premises of Unit 9, SevingtonMerchantryPark in Ashford, Kent last year. This enabled us to expand remoter and employ staff. Today Snugrugs employs staff in America, France and Germany. The Result Today, the visitor that started life as a fledgeling visitor in Cambridge has wilt a fast-growing respected online retailer. Our energy and passion are at the heart of our expansion. We have a unconfined team in the UK, Western Europe and America, that share our love of stylish, quality products at affordable prices. We will never lose sight of our roots and the importance of making our customers finger welcome and appreciated. Precision and sustentation to detail permeate through everything we do. We want to bring little moments of happiness to our customers, through our products. Whilst home and living is at the heart of our hodgepodge we are continually expanding our range of clothing, sheepskin slippers, knitwear, soft furnishings, gifts and accessories. We pride ourselves on outstanding consumer service. We remain passionate well-nigh selling trappy products at affordable prices.
